Our large CSA program runs for a period of 12 weeks. Weekly shares will include a variety of freshly harvested seasonal vegetables, greens, culinary herbs and a dozen eggs. This share usually feeds 4-6 people.
What to Expect:
Our program will start the week of 4/7/2022 and wrap up the week of 6/30/2022. During the Spring season, we are typically harvesting a variety of radishes, swiss chard, arugula, baby salad mixes, head lettuce, kale, herbs, onion, and potatoes. As the season progresses and the temperature warms, we begin harvesting additional crops such as squash, cucumbers, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, okra, and melons. We also include a variety of herbs throughout the Spring/Summer season, such as dill, parsley, cilantro, fennel and chives.
