Our small CSA option runs for a period of 12 weeks and includes a variety of freshly harvested seasonal vegetables, greens and culinary herbs as well as a dozen farm fresh eggs every other week. A small CSA share usually feeds 1-2 people.
What to Expect:
Our Fall/Winter CSA program is expected to start the week of 9/20/2021 and wrap up the second week of December. During the Fall season, we are typically harvesting a variety of radishes, swiss chard, arugula, baby salad mixes, head lettuce, kale, peppers, herbs, winter squash and sweet potatoes. As the season progresses and the temperature cools, we begin harvesting additional crops such as turnips, cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, brussels sprouts and carrots. We also include a variety of herbs throughout the fall/winter season such as dill, parsley, cilantro, fennel and chives.
